Description:

Vanilla Extract is a pure extraction from Vanilla pods. We use a cold extraction method, so as not to destroy the "top notes" of flavour.
Vanilla Extract is a translucent black liquid.
A four-fold extract is about twice as strong as vanilla essence.
There is a difference between vanilla extract and oleoresin.
Single fold extract available on request

Usage:

Extract can be used in any dish where vanilla flavour is desired.
One teaspoon vanilla essence = 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract = one medium vanilla pod

Storage:

Due to the 35% alcohol content, vanilla extract is naturally preserved and can be stored on the shelve, out of direct sunlight.

Shelve Life:

Up to 5 years.

50ml glass bottle (in transparent box)
250ml, 500ml and 1L plastic bottles
